Michelle combines hands-on expertise in talent acquisition, payroll and employee engagement with advanced training in HR analytics, workforce planning and change management to turn people data into actionable decisions and measurable efficiency gains.
She is a Chartered HR Business Partner and member of CIHRM and CIPM, with a BSc in Physics from Delta State University.
